Location & Development Potential
The project is located in Lahnstein, Rhineland-Palatinate. This climatic health resort is situated at the confluence of the Lahn River, which flows into the Rhine. Just 5 kilometers north of Lahnstein lies Koblenz, one of Germany's oldest cities. The neighborhood is also ideally connected. Bonn, Cologne, and Wiesbaden can be reached by car within one hour. The federal roads B42 and B9 are approximately 5 minutes away, and the A61 and A48 highways can be reached in under 20 minutes by car.
Architecture & Use Concept
In total, a rentable area of 7,396 square meters is being created, along with 69 parking spaces. Each apartment will have a balcony, a rooftop terrace in the attic, or a private garden area on the ground floor. Sustainability aspects such as photovoltaic systems on the roofs and air-to-water heat pumps have also been incorporated into the planning.
